Patient Participation Group

The Manor Practices’ Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a forum to help bridge the gap between the practice and community. We use this as an opportunity to take feedback from what our patients experience is when dealing with the practice and look at how we can mutually improve the service for the betterment of the community.

If you feel like you would like to join the PPG and make a positive change in how the practice supports the community, please let a member at reception know and the management team will reach out to you with the next steps or complete our secure online form

Please note that the PPG is strictly for patients of the practice only and only one patient per household can be a part of the PPG. The forums are used as a safe space to discuss room for improvement and cultivating a thriving relationship between the practice and the patients. This is not a forum to provide complaints or express personal matters. If you wish to complain, please refer to our complaint’s procedure.
