Book a Routine Appointment

For a routine appointment with a GP within 2 weeks, some telephone appointments are available to prebook. Upon receiving your telephone consultation, if a GP requires to see you face to face, they will book you at a mutually suitable time. We also offer online consultations via eConsult where you can get a telephone consultation with a GP within 2 weeks by filling a form here

For an on the day appointment with a GP, these are offered as either a telephone or face to face. Please call at 8am for an appointment in the morning or 2pm for an appointment in the afternoon.

The practice has limited appointments for emergencies and are treated as a case-by-case basis. All cases presented as an emergency will be triaged at the practices discretion and directed to the most appropriate service/clinician, based on your emergency.

ALL appointments are based on a first come. first served basis. Based on the issue you present with, our trained receptionists may refer you to an appropriate clinician or service who can support you with your issue.

Appointments with all other clinicians such as but not limited to: Nurses, Pharmacists, physiotherapists are available to pre-book with clinics up 3 to 4 weeks ahead.

Sickness Certificates (Fit Notes)

You must give your employer a doctor's 'fit note' (sometimes called a 'sick note') if you've been ill for more than 7 days in a row and have taken sick leave. This includes non-working days, such as weekends and bank holidays.

Home Visits

Please be aware that our GPs will always call to assess the home visit request first.

If you need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 11am.

Telephone: 0208 539 8950

Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby.

We also have routine appointments with the paramedic who can offer:

  • physical checks (foot check, blood pressure, height & weight measurement)
  • phlebotomy (blood test)
  • filling in forms for wheelchair applications
  • taking measurement for stockings.

As the paramedic is conducting multiple home visits, they may not be able to attend at an exact time, so a time frame will be provided. If you have a key safe or alternate way to access your property, please let reception know so they can advise the paramedic.
